5. Service Availability

7. Limitation of Liability

MaxHub TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that violate these Terms without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
